What difficulties might an immigrant or visitor to your country experience?

  Nowadays, many people want to live in another country. They are attracted toward country. More and more people who come from the entire world are living in my country. However when they come here they must be facing a lot of problems. Maybe something make them feel sad and lonely.

  Before I came here, I recognized a foreigner, he was form the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, He said, when he first went to china, everybody is speaking Chinese, he could not understand. So it made him hard to chatting with another people. Most of time he felt lonely. You know, when a person had a bad mood, they just need some people to help them. No matter what you do, listening is the best way to help them. And if they meet the difficult things and do not know how to do next. No one can help them,all things need their own to complete, sometime they will feel tired and at that time they miss their family. So in another country, you must learn how to make a friend. Please don’t be shy. So first problem is communion The second is food, different countries have different customs, and at the beginning they feel the food is so strange. They need to spend a long time to fit in it.

  In my opinion, these two difficulties things for the foreigner live in another country.

There are more than 2-3 thounds of European immigrants in this big boat to across the Atlantic in 1910. there is no enough place can make them  have a good rest, all of them just stand in there. Wait the time when they can arrive at United States.  These  people from the different palce of Europen, such as France, Germary, Ireland, United Kingdom ,Italy and so on. However, they are not single, most people with their children, partens to United States.    Maybe they need spend a long time on the way and not have enough food and water, so somepeople looks very tird. But at first, the United States responded to AIDS very slowly because they did not pay attention . In 1982, researchers found that AIDS was transmitted blood-to -blood and the pregnancy’s women. After one year, French scientists identified the cause of AIDS, and named it HIV. Unfortunately, between 1984 and 1989, more and more people got AIDS, especially young teenagers and African American men. According to statistics HIV/AIDS became a worldwide problem, and made more than 21million people die. In 2000, the U.S government spent $2.1 billion to produce some advances that can treat ADIS. When experts found something can treatment, they were not optimistic. Because the virus is changing very fast and it directly attacks the human immune system. Under this circumstance, what should we do?The best way is acviod having unprotected sex or use the disposable needles. There are three factors make developing prevention programs more complex. First, too many people got this disease,so it became a huge project. Second, people attitudes to sexual behavior, the reason is that they often unwilling the safety sexual behaviour. At last, the developing prevention programs became complex and this chance made people not pay attention to it. If people want to defeat HIV/ AIDS. They must change the attitude of the sexual behavior and pay attention the illegal drugs.

· What are the effects of rising health care costs in richer countries?

First. The government was not want to pay much money for the citizen. Because the tax increase, it make people’s lives burden increase. So the government has no much money to invest them health care system.

Second. Although the country have high-tech equipment, more better medical conditions, just a few patients who got the seriously ill need it. Some patients had to wait for a long time that can get treatment.

Third. As the result of the insurance cost was increased. Many employers reduce the health care for their employees.

What are the factors that contribute to rising health care costs?

First. Because of the crisis care is more expensive and often less than effective that the original treatment, many people will not to chose it. So they can also use the original treatment.

Second. In industrial countries, aging is increasing. And the older people need the services more longer than younger people. So the health care has been increased.

in my country, there are two ways can pay for their health care, one is by the government, another is by oursleves. and we also have the health insurance to help you.
